In 1980, two veterans of the commercial construction business brought together over 70 years of combined experience to form Bay Mechanical. They envisioned a company built on a foundation of sound business practices, quality work and uncompromising integrity. Over the course of thirty years, dedication to performance, quality and integrity have been instilled in every employee and continues to contribute to the success of Bay Mechanical.

This self-contained operations hub assures flawless coordination of ongoing projects and developing business. From the founding members to the executive management, hands-on involvement assures questions and concerns are addressed quickly and effectively. Safety incentive programs, mandatory drug testing and a full-time safety director allow Bay Mechanical to meet the most vigorous safety certifications in the industry.

Many have interpreted Bay Mechanical, Inc.'s distinctive logo as a yin/yang sign. The logo actually is an engineering symbol used on blueprints to denote the dead end of a pipe. Interpreted either way, Bay Mechanical's symbol fits its corporate philosophy and practice--a well-balanced team of people whose talents complement each other.
