In 1980, Bay Mechanical Inc. was formed, along with its distinctive
logo, a pipe symbol used in mechanical drawings to denote
the open end of a pipe. The Bay Mechanical symbol fits the
company's philosophy and culture -- a fluid team working together,
in an open environment, delivering the energy to get the job
done.
That team is lead by Rod Rodriguez (President
and sole owner) and is comprised of Jeff Cash
(Vice President - Construction),
Al Ward (Vice President - Sheetmetal),
Amy Bowden (Vice President), Mike
Rodriguez (Vice President - COO), Scott McCoy
(General Manager - Mechanical
Technology), Tom Mueller (Manager
