Hands-on executives contribute to success

To find contracting opprtunities, Rodriguez knocked on doors. "I went to all the area hospitals and asked, 'Do you have any work?'" One of the company's first jobs was to install lights in the operating rooms at what was then known as Virginia Beach General Hospital.
