The 60,000-square-foot, 3-story building is located on 6.7 acres at 500 Discovery Drive in the Oakbrooke Business and Technology Center near the Intersection of Battlefield Boulevard and Kempsville Road in Chesapeake.

The $24 million facility opened in December 2009. The project includes a primary care pediatric practice, clinic space for pediatric medical and surgical specialists, a sports medicine gym, rehabilitative therapy services (i.e. physical, occupation and speech therapy), an aquatic therapy pool, laboratory, radiology, audiology and a sleep studies lab.
