Bay Mechanical completed the installation of the Mechanical (HVAC & Piping), medical gas, & plumbing systems for this new state of the art medical facility measuring approximately 330,000 square feet.

Bay utilized their in-house engineering resources to design the facility using project plans and approved equipment to produce computer aided design drawings to produce the final product. All piping material, up to 24” diameter and all equipment with the exception of the boilers and chillers were shipped to the prefabrication facility.
