Service Division


Bay Mechanical's Service Division has a reputation for excellence in all phases of HVAC work. The service division provides "one stop shopping" to customers who need a higher level of service, such as tenant build outs, additions and remodeling projects. We also have a large customer base of maintenance contracts. We currently service Interstate Corporate Center with all their unit replacements, maintenance and repair of more than 250 units at this one location. We are respnsible for providing full coverage service of each building at this facility.


We service heating and air conditioning systems, as well as handle commercial electrical systems and plumbing repairs or remodels.


Bay Mechanical maintains a staff of certified EPA service technicians, each van outfitted with the most advanced diagnostic and repair tools. Our technicians are in constant communication with our dispatch office. Bay Mechanical's Service Division responds to emergencies 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
