At Bay Mechanical, we think "service" has two meanings: the skills and responsiveness that we provide to our customers, and the way in which we provide it. Some people call this latter trait "attitude". We think it's the only way to do business.

Whether you hire us to complete a single job, or for a multiyear, preventative maintenance contract, we become your partner in dealing with any issue affecting your HVAC system. The significant repair or replacement of an HVAC system often means a sizeable investment that doesn't provide immediate business returns in the form of higher profits or more goods being produced. It's a necessary part of doing business, but it isn't something you can proudly put on display to your employees or customers. We understand that. That's why we'll advise you about the most cost effective, energy efficient way of dealing with your repair or upgrade.

When our service staff hits the road each morning, they do so in vans bearing the Bay Mechanical name and logo. Our reputation - built over many, many years - can rise or fall on the work these people do every day. That's why we look not just for people who have technical skills, but also for people who pride themselves on craftsmanship.

Bay Mechanical maintains a staff of certified service technicians, each outfitted with a van and the most advanced diagnostic and repair tools. All our technicians are in constant communication with our dispatch office, ready to respond to an emergency, or just assess a developing problem.

For 99% of the repair or upgrade work that our customers specify, Bay's service technicians can handle the job. But in those rare cases requiring unusual electrical or piping work, Bay also has full-time Electrical and Pipe Fabrication Divisions, both headed by master tradesman. This makes our service operation truly in-house. Unlike many HVAC service companies, we don't "sub out" critical work to people who aren't our employees.

Customers: Who, What and How

Because we're probably more widely known for our large construction work than our service work, some people might think we only handle the largest jobs, and at premium rates. Our Service Division is ready to handle almost any commercial repair job at labor and material costs competitive with the smallest contractor.

And when we estimate your job, you can be confident that the materials we use will be of the highest quality, from such name brand manufacturers as Trane, Thermatrol, Honeywell, and Cook Fans.

As with any complex machinery, HVAC systems work best when properly maintained. If you choose to sign a preventative maintenance contract with us for quarterly or semi-annual service, we'll also make you a Preferred Customers, eligible for 10% discounts on materials and labor costs.
